About a contractor

Contractors are independent, so raise problems about work, prices or conduct with the contractor first. Ohio's Department of Commerce directs complaints about residential contractors to the Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section on 1-800-282-0515 and to the local building department (Department of Commerce). This site also wants to hear about a contractor who let you down.
